You can pay either via PayPal or debit / credit card.
Original Art
Shipping
I aim to have all orders packed and shipped within five working days. In the UK, I send items by Royal Mail, a parcel or courier service, depending on size and weight. All shipments require a signature and are tracked. Once shipped most UK deliveries arrive within two working days. Please contact me first if you need an item by a specific date. If you need orders sooner there may be an extra charge.
Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout.
If you are outside the UK and would like to make a purchase please contact me.
I do ship internationally, however this might be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the country, which is outside of my control. I cannot take responsibility for additional charges.
Returns
I have spent a lot of time and effort on my artwork, so I really hope you will enjoy them as much as I did making them. If the item however is not as you expected it you can contact me within seven days of receipt of your order. Once we agreed on a return you will then need to carefully re-package the item and arrange and pay for delivery using the same shipping service which was used to send the order to you. Once the item has safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days minus shipping costs, PayPal or credit card fees and any taxes.
I pack and wrap all pieces very carefully. However if something is damaged during shipping, keep a photograph and contact me within seven days.
Prints

I use a high-quality print on demand service for my Giclée prints, which prints your order depending on where in the world you are. This keeps international shipping costs down.
Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout.
Unframed prints are typically shipped within 2–3 working days and framed prints within 5 working days. All orders are tracked. Each print is shipped hand-rolled in a heavy-duty cardboard box.
Returns
Breakages are extremely rare, but if it does happen, please contact me within 7 days and your collection and replacement will be organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service.
